Merck Roving Reporter
The Roving Reporter is a zany, crazy, unexpected interviewer with a difference. That difference is made up of massive amounts of energy combined with a burning interest to uncover the lighter side of an individual’s thoughts about something. If we can get a smile, a laugh or even just a positive response, then we feel like we’ve hit our target bang in the middle.
This one was done for Merck Pharmaceuticals to discover how employees were feeling about their 100 day culture challenge and was combined with a series of messages from management and insights from the people who organised the challenge and mobilised the organisation during the 100 days.
